I (Ineke) have been working as an independent psychologist/relationship-therapist since 2010.

I (Ineke) have been working as an independent psychologist/relationship-therapist since 2010.
Before this I worked in several clinics.
However, I noticed that this did not suit me and that I wanted to help people in a more personal way.
No standard protocols but really listening and seeing what is needed.
In 2010 I started my own practice and for 13 years now I have been working in the center of Eindhoven.

Since 2023 Emma (also psychologist) joined our practice and together we work to provide help within a week, in-person and online.
Within our practice you are welcome with different questions and/or problems. Examples are:
- Tension and Stress related complaints
- Anxiety complaints/Trauma processing
- Burnout or exhaustion complaints
- Eating problems/Obesity
- Uncertainty/ Anxiety/Trauma processing
- Sleep problems
- Long Covid and MCAS issues.

Online therapy
Online therapy gives the opportunity to work on your help issue in a easy way.
We work with a platform which makes image calling very easy. You can use your phone, tablet or laptop and don't have to install anything.
After the intake, we plan 2 follow-up appointments and then we look at how to proceed.

What are the advantages?
It saves travel time and is a little easier and can be scheduled later in the day. The assignments are provided via email and by sharing our screen.
In addition to this, we do the same exercises we would do in practice. Clients who have gone before you experience the online sessions as surprisingly personal and close.

In that sense, the content is not so different from the regular appointments in practice.

Fees
Individual session fee is 118 euro, couple therapy 87,50 euro per partner, reimbursement for Individual sessions is possible through the supplementary insurance, under the heading psycho-social care.
To be sure whether you qualify for reimbursement, I advise you to call your health insurance company.
