If you're an expat/international, and are struggling with your mental health, then you're welcome at my practice in Leiden! I am an international psychologist (Indian) and having been through the struggles that most expats face, I am able to empathise with those themes. My basis lies in the client-centered approach (holding genuineness, empathy and unconditional positive regard at its core). Building on that I use CBT, Schema Therapy, ACT and EMDR. I offer individual therapy and relationship therapy in English and Hindi.
